Mission Statement
The Parish of Our Lady of Grace, Gravesend, as a family of faith motivated by love for God welcomes all to join us as we worship in the Roman Catholic tradition. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we strive to form ourselves and our children in the love and truths taught by our Savior Jesus Christ, and to instill a deep respect for all that God, our Father, has created. We willingly share our time, talents, and treasure through diverse ministries in the service of others.

chirichellaRev. Vincent G. Chirichella BA, MA, M.Div.,RT (R) was born on November 4th, 1968 in Brooklyn New York, to John and Michela Chirichella. He has a brother Michael, niece Jennifer and nephew Michael. He attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He graduated from Christ the King High School in Middle Village, Queens. After high school he attended the Catholic Medical Center School of Radiology and practiced X-Ray Technology until 1999.

In 1999 Rev. Chirichella was accepted to Cathedral Seminary Residence in Douglaston. He graduated from Saint Francis College in 2002 with a BA in Philosophy. His post graduate Studies were at the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception in Huntington, NY. He graduated with a MA and M.Div., in 2007. He was ordained a Priest of Jesus Christ by the Most Rev.Nicholas DiMarzio on June 2, 2007. His assignments were parochial Vicar at Saint Luke Church in Whitestone,Queens, and Pastor of Saint Dominic Church, Bensonhurst.
